Industrial
& Robotics
Assemblies.
Flexible, durable assemblies engineered for continuous motion, vibration, and harsh industrial environments. Built for robotics arms, CNC machinery, and automated production equipment that operates around the clock.

“A cable assembly that fails on a robotic production line doesn't just break a wire. It stops the line. We build to the operating environment, not the bench test.”
What industrial assemblies
actually have to survive.
Continuous Flex Cycles
Robotic arm cabling undergoes millions of flex cycles over its service life. Standard cable fails by conductor fatigue at the termination point. High-cycle flex-rated cable with fine-strand conductors and appropriate strain relief is the only viable solution.
Oil & Chemical Exposure
CNC machine environments expose harnesses to cutting oils, coolants, and hydraulic fluid. Standard PVC jackets swell and crack in these conditions. Oil-resistant TPU or PUR outer jackets are specified as standard for machine tool applications.
EMI Environments
Servo drives, VFDs, and high-current motor cables generate significant electromagnetic interference. Signal and control cables in these environments require proper shielding and routing to maintain control signal integrity.
Custom Routing & Integration
Industrial machines have tight cable management requirements. Conduit routing, drag chain configuration, and custom breakout positions are part of the design review. They are not an afterthought resolved on the installation floor.
Built for the operating environment.
Industrial specifications as standard. Custom routing, breakout positions, and drag chain configurations on request, reviewed before production is confirmed.
