Design Support
& DFM
Review.
Engineering consultation from schematic to production-ready drawing. We identify and resolve producibility issues before tooling is committed: fewer ECOs, faster first-article approval, lower total cost.
“A hard truth early in the design phase costs nothing. The same problem discovered after first-article tooling costs time, money, and schedule.”

approved first article.
Drawing & BOM Review
We start with your schematic, drawing pack, or BOM. We check for completeness, specification conflicts, and anything that will cause problems on the assembly floor before a single wire is cut.
DFM Analysis
Our engineers review against IPC-A-620 and real-world build constraints. Connector orientation, strain relief, routing radii, and gauge selection all get checked. Problems get flagged before tooling is committed.
Specification Alignment
We align your drawings against available materials and connector families. If an exact spec isn't commercially stocked, we identify a qualified equivalent before production schedules are locked in.
First Article & Approval
We build a first article to the reviewed drawing and coordinate approval with your engineering team. Changes from first article are documented and controlled through revision before volume production begins.
Common issues we flag before production.
These are the problems that appear repeatedly in new drawings. Finding them at DFM stage costs nothing. Finding them after tooling does.
