Drawing & BOM Review
We start with your schematic, drawing pack, or BOM. We check for completeness, specification conflicts, and anything that will cause problems on the assembly floor before a single wire is cut.
DFM Analysis
Our engineers review customer drawings and specifications against real-world manufacturing constraints. Connector orientation, strain relief, routing, bend radius, wire gauge, and termination requirements are checked to identify potential issues before production begins.
Specification Alignment
We review customer drawings and specifications against available materials, components, and connector families. When an exact specification is unavailable, we identify technically suitable alternatives and confirm them with the customer before production.
First Article & Approval
We build a first article to the reviewed drawing and coordinate approval with your engineering team. Changes from first article are documented and controlled through revision before volume production begins.
