“Testing scope is defined by the application and the customer specification. We have the capability to test every unit when the application requires it.”

Testing Protocol

Testing capability.
Defined by your requirements.

01

Continuity Testing

Performed on every unit

Every conductor in every harness is tested for continuity from end to end. Opens, shorts, and miswires are caught before the harness leaves the bench.

02

Hi-Pot (Dielectric Withstand) Testing

Available on request

High-potential dielectric withstand testing verifies insulation integrity under elevated voltage. Available on request for harnesses operating in high-voltage or safety-critical environments.

03

Pull-Force Testing

Available on request

Pull-force testing is available on request to verify crimp termination strength. Test requirements and acceptance values are established according to the applicable customer specification and IPC/WHMA-A-620 requirements.

04

Visual Inspection

IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship

Each unit undergoes a full visual inspection against a documented inspection checklist: insulation damage, correct connector orientation, labelling, and routing. Checked against the approved first article.

Documentation

Everything ships
with the harness.

Full documentation is compiled per order before dispatch. If your incoming inspection or audit requires it, we have it, and it ships with every delivery.
