Telecom
& Network
Assemblies.
Signal-integrity-critical assemblies for network infrastructure, data centres, and communication equipment: impedance controlled, properly shielded, and verified at build to the performance levels the equipment demands.

“Signal integrity in a telecom assembly isn't just about the cable spec. It's about the connector termination quality, shielding continuity, and the consistency of every build in the batch.”
What telecom assemblies
cannot compromise on.
Signal Integrity & Impedance Control
High-frequency signal transmission is extremely sensitive to impedance discontinuities, connector quality, and cable geometry. A poorly terminated coaxial connector or mismatched impedance on a twisted-pair run causes reflections, signal degradation, and bit-error rate increases that are difficult to diagnose post-installation.
Shielding Effectiveness
Data centre and network environments are electrically noisy. Power cables, switching power supplies, and fluorescent lighting all radiate EMI. Cable assemblies carrying sensitive signals require effective shielding, and that shielding must be correctly terminated to provide a continuous ground reference.
High-Density Connector Systems
Rack-mount equipment uses high-density connector assemblies that must mate reliably and repeatedly under the access constraints of populated rack environments. Connector pin retention, keying, and insertion force must all be within spec; a connector that fails to seat in a live rack is a service outage.
Long Service Life & Reliability
Telecom infrastructure is expected to operate continuously for years without field maintenance. Assemblies that cannot sustain the environmental conditions of their installation, including temperature, humidity, and vibration, represent a reliability risk to the entire system.
