LTM Begins Operations: Precision Wire Harness Manufacturing in Kotugoda

Lanka Tech Manufacturing began operations in January 2025 at our facility in Kotugoda, Sri Lanka. We manufacture precision wire harness assemblies for industrial, automotive, renewable energy, and aerospace applications.

Built to a standard from the start

We made a deliberate decision to implement our ISO 9001:2015 quality management framework before we accepted our first production order, not as a certification exercise to be completed after we'd established our processes, but as the architecture on which we built those processes from the beginning.

That means our work instruction system, material control procedures, electrical test protocols, and documentation requirements were in place and audited before the first harness left our building.

The team

We opened with a core team of 50+ professionals bringing over 300 combined years of wire harness manufacturing experience. Our engineering, production, and quality functions are staffed by people who have built precision assemblies before and who understand what the standard actually requires, not just what it says on paper.

Who we build for

Our target customers are OEMs and engineering teams in industries where wire harness quality is not a secondary consideration, where a non-conforming assembly causes a line stop, a warranty claim, or a safety event. We build for applications that demand documentation, traceability, and test records on every unit.
