System-Level Testing
We test the harness in the context of your broader system: continuity, hi-pot, and functional verification against your electrical system requirements, not just the harness in isolation.
Sub-Assembly Integration
Customer-supplied sub-assemblies, PCBs, and modules can be integrated with the wire harness at our facility. We verify fit, routing, and electrical connectivity before dispatch.
Pre-Delivery Verification
Every integrated assembly undergoes a pre-delivery check against your ICD or system-level test procedure. Problems are resolved at our facility, not discovered at yours.
Integration Documentation
Integration test records, system-level continuity reports, and a certificate of conformance are produced per order. Your team receives a complete documentation pack with every delivery.
